  1. ABOUT OUDRIEL

This website is operated by OUDRIEL, a trading name of Oudriel.

Throughout these Terms, “OUDRIEL”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. You can contact us at oudriel@gmail.com.

These Terms apply when you visit our website, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our services. Please read them before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

  1. USING OUR WEBSITE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or associated systems
• Introduce malicious code, viruses or other harmful material
• Use the website fraudulently or for unlawful activity
• Copy or commercially exploit OUDRIEL content without permission
• Provide false or misleading information when placing an order

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business or website.

  1. OUR PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings or later packaging updates.

Product descriptions, fragrance notes and photographs are provided to help communicate the character and presentation of each fragrance. Individual fragrance perception can vary.

Our oil-based roll-ons are for external use only. Customers must follow the directions, warnings and ingredient information supplied with the product.

Do not use a product if you know that you are sensitive or allergic to any listed ingredient. Stop using the product and seek appropriate advice if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are displayed before you complete checkout. The total amount payable will be shown before you submit your order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment services may be provided by Shopify or another authorised payment provider.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance at an earlier stage.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
• We identify suspected fraud or misuse
• There is an obvious pricing or product-description error
• We are legally unable to supply the product

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. OUDRIEL products may be produced in small quantities, and availability can change without notice.

Placing a product in your basket does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout is completed.

We may place reasonable limits on the number of products that can be purchased in one order.

  1. DELIVERY

We currently deliver only to addresses that are shown as eligible during checkout.

Delivery costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please review our Shipping Policy for information about processing times, delivery estimates, address errors, delays and missing parcels.

Unless a different timeframe has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days as required by applicable UK consumer law.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days beginning the day after the goods are delivered.

After notifying us of a cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please read our Refund Policy for instructions before returning anything.

Any legal exception relating to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons will apply only where permitted by law and where the product has been supplied with an appropriate seal.

Where a valid cancellation applies, we will provide the refund required by law, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable. Customers may remain responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or our Refund Policy states otherwise.

Your cancellation and return rights do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

  1. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We are legally responsible for supplying products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact oudriel@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and photographs where appropriate so we can investigate.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, expiry dates and availability.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively
• We may withdraw an offer where there has been fraud, misuse or an obvious error

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The OUDRIEL name, branding, website design, written content, photographs and other original material belong to OUDRIEL or are used with permission.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by Shopify, payment processors, delivery companies and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the independent content or privacy practices of third-party websites. Their own terms and policies may apply when you use their services.

  1. PRIVACY

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy to understand how information is collected, used and shared.

  1. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Breach of your statutory consumer rights
• Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If such an event significantly affects an order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the delay. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights will remain unaffected.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal obligations.

The Terms that apply to an order are those in force when the order is placed. The latest version will be displayed on this page with its updated date.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live. If you live elsewhere, the courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction, subject to your mandatory local consumer rights.
